Brookdale Trinity Towers

My mother in law has been here for 6 months and my wife and I are very happy with Brookdale's assisted living facility. The entire staff, nurses, CNAs, administration, cleaning, kitchen, security, all do a great job caring for the residents. We are very grateful for them all. Update: My wife and I had Christmas dinner with my MIL the other night in the 2nd floor dining room. Atmosphere was great, food was fantastic!

This facility (Assisted Living) has given my mom the most excellent care. They have gone beyond my expectations. They give my mom the dignity she deserves. The staff is quick to answer all our questions. They periodically call us to check if we have any concerns. The food is excellent, the place is very clean, and every single working member of this facility is courteous. I would highly recommend this facility for a loved one. They have proven to me that my mom is in a safe place.

Both of my parents have resided at Brookdale Trinity Towers for over 8 years. I cannot say enough as to the care, love, and support management and staff have shown my parents. Any issues that may have occurred from time to time were expediently addressed and management supported. Parents are very pleased and we are as well. Have NEVER heard any negative or loud discourse towards residents over the 8 years by staff, and we visit regularly.

The facility itself needs to be updated, but we are impressed by the care and compassion provided to residents. The activity director, Rossana, creates a warm, inviting, and energetic environment. We witnessed her patience, kindness, and genuine dedication in every interaction. She has the necessary skills and a deep understanding of memory related conditions. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Brookdale Memory Care to anyone seeking an exceptional memory care facility.
