Very clean, nice spacious apartments! Pleasantly surprised!

the house keeping department is horrible the supervisors are VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.they do not respect thier employees nore do they talk to them the right way. the heads of house keeping should be fired the way they run the department.this goes for guilford as well as the west facility.

Thank you so much to all of the workers who continue to take amazing care of my sweet grandpa. Y’all are true heroes during this crazy time! I miss him so much but I’m comforted knowing how kind and caring everyone who works here is. Thank you thank you ❤️

my mom spent the last 12 years of her life at Friends. She progressed from apartment to assisted living to skilled care. I found the staff to be caring and supportive not only to my mom but to me as well. She was well cared for, kept clean and well fed. She always said she was glad SHE chose Friends Homes Guilford.
