Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Philadelphia Region (RMHC Philly)

This place is truly a blessing! This is my second time here and it gets better every time. The staff is super great and helpful! When I first got here my immediate thoughts were “what’s the catch?”, but there is none! It’s great to see places like this help families truly in need of it while their child is in CHOP. I would give this place a 10 star if I could!!

I can't say enough about RMH. Phenomenal people, amazing place. You're not alone in a very 'alone' feeling time. Everyone is battling something so there's a certain level of comradory amongst the visitors and the kids who are fighting their battles are so inspiring and the parents are the toughest warriors. Thank God for RMH.

There aren't enough words to describe how much of a BLESSING this charity and it's houses are for families who need a place to stay when finances are very tight. A stay may involve anything from a regular Dr appt that they travel to from very far away and the family only needs a night or two. Or maybe a sickness that involves staying a week. Or for some, like my family, the stay here is indefinitely as our son suffered a major life threatening and very unexpected crisis. He was life flighted twice, once from upstate Pa to Danville Pa and another from Danville to CHOPS in Philadelphia, one of the best children's hospitals in the entire country. RMH works hand in hand with that and other hospitals down here. Our son is in a coma, at 14 on life support. But this medical team is UNBELIEVABLE and they are bringing him back little by little every day💙 GRATEFUL and BLESSED are not big enough words for all of this. RMH is a GODSEND, TRULY 💙🙏🏻 CHOPS is a MIRACLE of a hospital. The entire staff at both places are true ANGELS. Our family will now be regular donors to this charity. RMH is a TRULY DESERVING charity, a million percent 🙏🏻💙🙌🏻🫶🏻 They HANDLE EVERYTHING, so you don't have to, so you can focus on your child, on your family. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are so kind, transportation to and from the hospitals is provided, all food and snacks are provided. And many MANY more amenities and kindness are provided. DONATE to this charity if you feel called. There are so many families who would be so very GRATEFUL 🙏🏻🫶🏻💯 Just like mine💙

I wish I could give this place a billion and more stars. The Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia is a home away from home. The entire staff is amazing, especially Caroline. The way they make us feel so comfortable it so important especially when you have a child in the near by hospital CHOP. We appreciate and are grateful for the Ronald McDonald House. The love, compassion and support is phenomenal. Thank you
