First Choice Home Health and Hospice

BEWARE: Although I normally do not write reviews simply because nothing in life is perfect. But in this case their level of professionalism fell to a degree like no other. I was given the opportunity to work with "Chris" and although a mutual agreement was made for a Monday set appointment it never came to be. Each & every week both the day & time changed. And then prior to the 20th of last month a scheduled visit was set for Monday, and then Wednesday and although "Chris" wanted Friday i explained that I was going to be out of town. And he in turn filed a FALSE medical document stating that I refused treatment. Makes one wonder if a false insurance claim was filed. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER PROVIDER!

I had a great experience with First Choice when my dad needed hospice care. I received quality customer service from the beginning to the end. They were extremely knowledgeable of everything having do with getting my dad approved for care and provided excellent care to him, as well as our family. They were there for us day and night until the end. I can't express how grateful I am for all they did. I want to especially thank Jennifer, Donald, and Bonnie for going the extra mile. You are all amazing!

These people are AMAZING‼️ I’m so thankful for the care and support their team of medical professionals provided. My dad’s RN was Donald. Donald was so kind and explained everything to us during this process. My dad did pass away and Donald took care of all the arrangements necessary. First Choice was an incredible blessing for our 86 year old dad, diagnosed with Parkinson's. From the moment we discussed what cares and services would be needed, until the time of our dad's passing, they lovingly cared for dad. Our care team communicated with us each step along the way, and the comfort they brought us as they cared for dad was invaluable. As a family having to place their dad on hospice, this was the best decision we ever could have made for him, and are thankful we did.

First Choice was our third health & hospice provider and they surpassed the other companies with their compassionate and attentive care. When my mother had to go on hospice, she was so well cared for. In addition, I never had to call for an update - the nurses and staff communicated regularly. When she passed after so many months of being in pain, they were very comforting to me and my family. They still check in on me for grief counseling, even after six months - they are truly a caring support system. I highly recommend First Choice for loved ones.
