WOW WOW WOW amazing florist. My wedding venue (liberty warehouse) recommended Avenue J for the wedding florals and I’m so glad they did. They took my very vague and disorganized thoughts and turned them into a beautiful reality! Konstantinos is so nice and easy to work with, very communicative as well. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. His team showed up day of and handled everything I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and actually last a while even after my wedding. I got so many compliments on my florals that night they really made the day special. Thank you!!!!

My experience with this florist was the most seamless I’ve ever had with any retailer. I ordered in the morning and the flowers were delivered early afternoon the same day with no issues. The bouquet was high quality and extremely beautiful to look at. ❤️

Gus and his team made my wedding at the Liberty Warehouse more beautiful than I could have imagined. I cannot recommend Avenue J Florist enough. From the start, Gus had us come in for an in-person meeting and talked through everything we wanted. He gave us great recommendations and suggestions too since he knows the venue so well. My husband and I were able to see a preview of the floral arrangements in advance which was super reassuring. Gus continued to be responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and the florals at the wedding blew us away. Thank you Avenue J Florist for making our wedding perfect!

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a bouquet for my anniversary and was assured—both by the website photos and over the phone—that I would receive a specific arrangement. What showed up looked nothing like what was advertised. thrown-together bunch of flowers that lacked the quality and style I was expecting, especially considering the high price. I understand seasonal availability can affect arrangements, but when you're charging a premium, the result should at least resemble what was promised — or you should be upfront about substitutions. I called to express my concerns, and the person I spoke with first tried to tell me the bouquet did look the same (it didn’t). Then he admitted it didn’t and promised to “take care of it” by noon the next day. That came and went — no update, no follow-up, no resolution. Poor service, poor communication, and absolutely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
