Ryan Reiffert - San Antonio Business and Estate Planning Attorney

On May 11th, I contacted Ryan Reiffert's office inquiring about setting my mothers home and my home in a trust, I paid his office $100.00 (In advance) for a consultation, during the call the seemed to be receptive to our needs and in the end gave me a list of everything needed to get this done. Two days later I emailed his office all of te requested information, from that day forward I called 2-3 times and emailed 2-3 times, none of my calls or emaiils were ever returned. Essentially I paid his office $100.00 and got absolutely nothing for it! Perhaps my case did not bring a large enough billing? If I agreed to his terms and tried contacting him to no avail, the professional thing to do would be credit my $100.00 not ghost me, very unprofessional! Now we have to start looking again.
