Didn’t answer emails for weeks or listen to what I needed; honestly mean. So disappointed with how the psychiatrist managed the sessions. Went for two months and she never responded to my email. Had to get the whole website involved & they didn’t help much either. Such a waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE. Very disappointed.

I could not be more disappointed in the therapist and how she managed our session. I put a lot of thought into finding an in-person therapist that seemed approachable, was INN w/Cigna, and had experience with the topics I needed help working through.
I found Jacqui Hayes on Psychology Today and was so impressed by her profile. From the moment I sat down, she was trying to shuffle me to another therapist. If she went through my initial paperwork and thought we would not have been a good match, then she should have reached out to reschedule me instead of wasting both of our time.
During the intake questionnaire, I asked if I had to disclose the exact company I worked for and she said yes. I told her I preferred not to at this time, but reluctantly shared my employer's name. She appeared offended and went on about how everything we discuss is confidential and she works with many "high profile clients" and has never had any issues with any of her other clients. I didn't have concerns with her confidentiality, but was not fully comfortable with how she was interacting with me. Seeing this is *talk therapy*, I shared with her how I was feeling that interaction and the entire session went downhill from there.
I was mocked for asking the definition of "cathartic", told that my care needs were too great to overcome, and intentionally triggered. This is not a safe environment...at least not with this counselor. I scrolled through the reviews and saw zero good reviews with her name. I feel terrible giving a one star review, but it is 100% justified and only applies to this therapist.

Ms. Ella Bradford is amazing! She is very compassionate and understanding. She’s has given me so many helpful resource’s and tools to help cope with the issue at hand. She made me feel at ease from session one. That is not an easy feat with me at all. Every week I look forward to my next session. I recommend her highly!

I enjoy talking with Stephanie Dean because she is so caring and helpful to the reason I went to her. After she found out I was also a Christian, we began discussing ways in which the Lord God is also assisting in the reason. He never wants us to have fear. She also provides extra information emailed to you if you’d like to read more about the reason you went to her. She’s empathetic and patient. I highly recommend her.

I saw a woman, Stephanie Dean for individual counseling And another woman, Julie Christman for couples counseling with my husband both women were very nice. I felt comfortable talking to both of them, but Thriveworks uses a lot of computer assisted help. I could never get anybody on the phone. It was always through text or email. I’m 70 years old. I don’t like doing business this way, but I would recommend it to most. I would recommend Thriveworks to others, I found both women kind of, knowledgeable and compassionate ❣️☮️ I’m learning about zoom counseling, it is better than no counseling!
