My experience is this: I asked Google for directions to Marcs off Turney road and this guy came up. I have no opinion I just want the review points.

My family hired him I believe thinking he’d move swiftly regarding a probate case; however, it’s been over a year and it’s still in probate, calls are unanswered, contact has waned, and he’s not even meeting deadlines and dates outlined by the court. Severely disappointed.

My sons are in probate process and hired Mark 2 plus years ago. Mark doesn't answer our calls, emails and has dragged this process out this entire length of time. He will not answer any of our calls and when we contacted the Cayahoga Court we were told they are waiting for our Attorney/administrator Mark Turner to finish processing the estate. I'm leaving this review because Mark retaliates against clients he doesn't get along with and maybe this review he will see and finally answer our concerns.

Mark was so helpful, he guided me when I was at a loss of what do to and very stressed out. He will treat you like family and not just another customer. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell you are in good hands by the way he lays out what needs to be done and sets up a game plan to get to the end goal.

Mark Turner is an astute attorney who exemplifies professionalism at the highest level. He was very patient as he helped me understand the many parts of my Estate Planning, and he answered my questions thoroughly. As a result, I now have peace of mind knowing that my family and my wishes for the future will be protected. I highly recommend his services for anyone with the need or desire to develop a solid Estate Plan.
