Mr. Denny is very empathetic and personable. Sometimes, phone communication was lacking. I re-affirmed my car, but it was removed from all 3 bureaus and the bank's mobile app. I need that rating to help support my score after the BK chapter 7 was discharged. My history, before and after, has been perfect; it would positively affect my scores if it's put back on!
