The best taco bar I've ever seen at an event. Delicious chicken tacos and vegetarian mushroom tacos which 5 varieties cooked to perfection. Such a wide variety of toppings to choose from you could design your perfect taco! I loved how everything was displayed so I took several pictures to share and do it justice!

Wow! The exquisite taco bar for our event was phenomenal. Black garlic and cucumber mix with the Argentinian shrimp ceviche tacos was my favorite! What flavors!! Five varieties of beautifully sautéed mushrooms were mouthwatering! The displays were beautiful, every taste flavor combination was thought out to perfection. Renaissance catering is always top notch at planning the perfect menu items to match our party themes. Thank you to the team for such a beautiful event!!

It was the best tacos and ceviche that I had in a long time, I loved the quality of the meat you used and all the special sides. I will never forget your ceviche.
