Tresko Monument & Washington Stone

I am extremely grateful to Matt Neidhold for his help and skill in completing the design of a companion headstone for my parents. After a disappointing experience with another monument company, we were lucky to find Tresko. Matt showed sensitivity, skill and patience in coming up with a beautiful monument. The team showed excellent customer service and communication, and the workmanship was excellent on our special design. For the installation, Alex was very accommodating to our travel schedule, kept in contact, was communicative and, with Randy, showed great skill and care in installing the headstone. Many thanks to the Tresko team, we very grateful to Matt, Alex, Randy and the team.

I think if you're reading this review, you're most likely in the same mental pain that I am living through, and having to get a memorial headstone for your loved one is just another emotional reality check that we all have to face. From making my first appointment at TRESKO MONUMENT INC over the phone, to being late for said appointment... The kindness and understanding extended to me by each person, made this a less sad stressful time for me. If you're feeling lost and don't really know what you're doing or looking for, they've got you. Everything you need can be found within their design notebooks. There are also displays on their floor to help steer you in the right direction. Matt Neidhold was so completely patient and understanding and helped me pick a beautiful bench to honor my husband. You have time to decide what you want to be engraved which is so very helpful when you're lost. I left TRESKO feeling much lighter and more at peace and I am grateful. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need.

I was visiting for the weekend and on a whim decided to see if any local granite shops had a remnant to repair crumbling granite in my kitchen. Laura went out of her way to locate matching granite, coordinate having it cut to the size needed and was super helpful throughout! Great team at Tresko Spokane!
