Our Lady of Sorrows Church

I was at the church for a visitation and rosary. The church accommodated our family beautifully. The ministry staff was professional and made the process run smoothly.

When I was there I was a young plastic man. The holy house was, is excuse me still there

Lovely traditional church. Homilies were good. Beautiful church. As a winter Texan felt very comfortable here.

I absolutely love this gorgeous church. Very great place to attend mass with a magnificent Pastor. That said, I have reported several times the issue with parents letting their kids play around in the cry room like a playground at 1230PM Sunday mass. The parents do not even attempt to control them, they just let their kids play and be loud and disrupt other’s mass experience. I was told that the issue would be handled and I suggested that perhaps a chaperone be in the cry room to ensure order and advise parents to at least attempt to control their kids but there hasn’t been a change. I think the next step would have to write Father Greg and maybe the Bishop to fix the issue. My family and I shouldn’t have to be hearing running and playing more than the actual mass said by the priest

We have been attending mass for 3 years here and when I was a kid my parents came to this parish. I recently had the privilege of working with Patsy Vela, Fr. Joe & Danny Ortegon for preparations for my wedding. I love them all for being so kind, helpful & easy going.
