The staff cared for my mother in an Assisted Living facility the last 18 months of her life. She was always treated with kindness, respect, compassion and as if she was a member of their family. I’m grateful for the amazing care she received as her health declined from a staff that allowed her to maintain her dignity.

During the illness of my husband, Gentiva Hospice care providers offered much compassionate care and support to James and me. Your dedication and empathy brought much comfort and peace. My dad recently placed on services with this company. It’s been a rough start with communication, timeliness, follow up and follow through. Very frustrating and disappointing. The initial consultation sounded reassuring. Once the consultation was complete the reality has been a nightmare. Please don’t need them after hours. The on call service does a great job with taking messages. Sad to say no response.

I was very please with the care that was taken of my husband in his last months of life. We had a great aid Claudia Bullard you couldn't ask for a better person to be by my side in a very difficult time. Also our RN (Adam) durning this time was a great guy who took very good care of my husband and show genuine care and respect for him. Also I had a RN (Melody Davis) that last few days of my husband life that was Great she was so kind and compassionate,she stayed with me after my husband passed into the wee hours of the morning because she didn't want to leave me alone..Thank you Community Hospice for being here.
