I wish o could do review with O star . Please don’t do business with this company They are a joke . I have been chasing her for the last 6 months She has got paid in full . She don’t return phone call Her voicemail is full Today I went to her office address for the 3rd time and doors are close. Her business phon is not good and the mailbox is full. I am so upset and frustrated @ this point for the lack of respect for client and her not being professional . She got paid in full and don’t even have a courtesy of calling the client back . Please do your self a favor and go with a professional company, this was my mistake that I didn’t check her reviews. I am going to talk to my lawyer so he can take over from this point to see if she will call back or give me the real delivery date . I hope she reads the reviews and call me Or take care of her clients

I wouldn’t give Eternity Headstones even one star but to write a review I have too. I have received such horrible service!!! Mela customer service horrible. the first time I called she returned my call promptly and we set up an appointment to go to her shop to look for a headstone. we ordered our headstone for our mother at the end of July and was told by Mela it would be done in 2 to 4 months. I contacted Mela in November to see if the head was going to be done by Thanksgiving. No answer. I contacted in December. No answer. I contacted her numerous times and finally received an email back from her in January the delivery date would be Middle of February due to the three week delay because of the holidays. The middle of February, No Headstone. My mother’s birthday was the end of February and we were hoping it would be placed by then but it wasn’t. That was at 5 1/2 months. We hoped it would be in placed by the end of March commemorating the year date of her passing. No Headstone then. We finally got an attorney involved and the Headstone was finally delivered after 7 1/2 months. The kind people at El Toro cemetery called us to let them know they Headstone was in. We went over that afternoon and viewed it and they installed it that day for us.. It was very stressful and frustrating with awful customer service and with all the delays. The Headstone turned out very nice and grateful that it is finally taken care of.

I have nothing but great things to say about the eternity memorial. I dealt with another headstone provider before that was an absolute nightmare. After 7 months I gave up on them and I found the eternity memorial company. After my uncle has passed. I was working on arranging his memorial service which included having a headstone made. I had to finish it before in time for memorial day and it was installed a week after my uncle's memorial day and did not deliver the headstone by the date promised and Mila made a poster for the marker for ceremony day. Overall it took 5 months to be done and she did an excellent job she was very kind and patient with us. I'm so grateful and thankful to have found a company that was able to provide a beautiful marker. Thanks to Mila.

Seven months after paying $300 deposit, the marker is not ready yet. Honestly I think this is her side job. Phone voicemail is always full. Doesn't respond to emails timely. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

I wish I could give them 0 stars but that is not possible! Irresponsible, not responsive, and dishonest! Brief story: We made an agreement with Mila (I believe it is only her who runs this so called company) and she said the granite would arrive between 4-6 months, and we agreed! Then she asked that we pay half of the amount, and we did! After more than a year waiting and us calling and emailing her, she said the granite is finally here! We finalized the design with her and she said now we should pay the rest of invoice so they can start craving! After two weeks of not hearing back from her, and constantly emailing her, she emailed me back saying I am sorry we cannot find your stone! Then we asked for full refund and she said I will send the check to any address you give me, I did give her my address, but she didn’t send the check back to us! I called her and waited for a week and after two weeks she responded and we finally got our money back!!!! No penalties or even a call from them to apologize!!!
