I met with Jeff Griffith in March to review and update my Revocable Living trust, originally set up by Ted Gudorf. I was admittedly remiss in having this review done sooner. This was no problem for Mr Griffith as he covered all areas of my trust thoroughly and noted the appropriate changes we made. A few weeks latter, my amended trust was complete. Again I met with Mr. Griffith. He again took the time to completely cover all changes made. He explained any changes in the law that could impact my trust now and in the future. I was impressed with the time he spent with me during both meetings. I have had my trust since 2018. I am also a Legacy Club member and believe it is a valuable resource to keep up on changes in estate laws as well as IRS regulations. My go to person since being a client of Gudorf Law Group has been Betsy Peterman. She can always answer my questions or point me to the right person. Besides Ted, Jeff and Betsy, everyone I have had contact with is always most helpful. I cannot recommend Gudorf Law Firm enough. Top Estate and Elder Law firm that I know of.

Setting up a trust is new for us. I was very relieved the Gudorf Group made this easier by breaking down the trust process. I was sent about a 7 minute educational video prior to each in person visit which made the process much smoother for my husband and I . They were very patient and addressed all questions and needs for this process.

We selected Gudorf Law Group for estate planning. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ted gave us a lot of good information and helped us all through the process. Now I know my family will be taken care of.

I have used Ted in the past with good results, but recently attempted to have him represent a company I own in a civil matter and the "intake specialist" stated he does not do civil cases. Was not very helpful and less than professional. Id look elsewhere. It's a shame because If you could get to Mr. Gudorf he's a good lawyer.

My wife and I found Gudorf Law and its associates very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of trust law, including what trusts were, the types of trusts, and why we should have a trust. Everyone was professional and knowlegeable, of course, but they were also incredibly kind, genuinely interested in our welfare. One of perhaps the most unique aspects of Gudorf Law was its library of videos and podcasts providing tutorials on every aspect of estate planning. We've already viewed or listened to at least a dozen videos. They have helped us in making future decisions cobcerning our estate.
