I was going to counseling there in 2006 for a nervous breakdown from child abuse.

This place does it all! There are a lot of different therapists to choose from and they utilize many different types of therapies. They aren't just for couples and families, individuals are welcome too. They'll work w you to match your needs w the right clinician too which is great- if you have something like ADHD you likely don't want a therapist that specializes in something totally different, right? Illnesses and therapies are not one size fits all! That being said...They offer psychological testing and assessments as well as medication management. They have super flexible scheduling too; I love that they're open on the weekends! As for insurance, they accept a bunch. Oh, and update: they offer telehealth!!
