I cannot thank the staff at North Valley enough for the compassion and care they showed during one of the most difficult times of my life. When my husband passed, I was overwhelmed with grief and unsure where to start. From my first call, they were kind, patient, and understanding — never rushing me, and always making sure I felt supported in every decision. Their responsiveness was remarkable; every question I had was answered promptly, and they guided me through the process with such warmth. The cost was also very reasonable compared to others I had looked into, but it never felt like the quality or dignity of their service was compromised. The staff treated my husband with the utmost respect and made me feel like he was in the care of people who truly understood the meaning of their work. I will always be grateful for the compassion, honesty, and professionalism they showed me and my family.

Gratitude. This is what my family and feel about North Valley Cremation and Funeral Services. My family experienced an unexpected, sudden death in our family. We had to scramble to make funeral arrangements, things were complicated because we were on the East Coast. A funeral home was recommended to us, but my Dad decided to call around- we are so glad we found this one in Valencia. We worked with Elyse MacDonald; she was so comforting and helpful- Elyse really went to bat for my family! We had all kinds of issues and delays with the death certificate and issues with the cemetery, Elyse stepped in and straighten everything out for us. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for my family. Elyse made herself available to us day and night and even on the weekends, she became part of our family. On the day of the funeral, Elyse drove all the way to Boyle Heights to support us and keep the cemetery folks on their toes! Elyse and her team took care of my family during a time of grate lost. Everything went perfectly because of Elyse and North Valley Cremation and Funeral Services. I highly recommend this funeral home.
