Very caring people. My social worker byonce robinson was amazing. She took care of every thing i asked and more. Byonce guided me thru every step and always was on too of things. She was my rock in a very unsteady voyage.

The service was good in the beginning in the home as my spouse had just moved into this hospice program. I really liked the social worker Bob who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The nurse Tiffany assign was very nice and helpful. My husband was place in a facility for me to get rest. I was very disappointed in how less service became from Tree Oak service during that time. Sometimes, l didn't know who was in charge of my husband care after he was admitted to Shore Pointe for what was supposed to be respite care and not life end. I often wish I would have kept my loved one at home as he might still be here . That is why I am doing a four star instead of 5.
