The promise to patients and their families to listen, care, and serve as a trusted partner devoted to providing the highest quality hospice and palliative care which is listed publicly on their website was a far cry from what my family's experience was. Incompetency in every aspect of organization and miscommunication between departments within the company and with the client (my wife and i) made this a truly negative experience that I cannot recommend to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones. Judgemental and overbearing staff touting personal views and attitude over professional behaviors further complicated already emotionally charged issues. I'll not be recommending them, ...Ever!

I am very pleased of the nurse staff who have done excellent medical service for my brother. They were 24/7 medical services for my brother. They make sure my brother was very comfortable. They had given him his heart desires the last days of his life. I was very impressed how they treated me with compassion, love, courtesy and answers my questions. They have fed me dinner and options to stay pass visitation hours. I would recommend the facility to family and friends.

After my mother died, they sent her remains to the wrong crematorium. Addendum: Note the useless automated response below. The "owner" already knows about my experience because I spoke to the director (Ramona) on the phone about this as soon as I figured out what had happened. To be clear, I didn't have a problem with any of the nurses who had provided care for my mother. As with many other large organizations, the problem lies with the administration and management.

The Three Oaks Hospice team are compassionate, responsive, and truly understand the delicate nature of end-of-life care. Their support makes a world of difference for families, and I feel confident referring patients to them knowing they’ll be in caring, capable hands. Jessi, in particular, has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

I want to thank Three Oaks Hospice for providing great care and compassion to my mother-in-law. Nurse Ashley and Pastor Jim were great in communicating with me during the time they cared for her. I thank Fae, and Sheldon for expediting her care plan and for the entire team, including CNA's in making her as comfortable as possible. I know that this extended her time with me and I am forever grateful. ❤️
