The staff are so nice and really knew their products. They answered every question we had and even added others we hadn't thought of. We will be purchasing my mom's memorial stone from this company and I would highly recommend them.

I hate to have to write this, but I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this monument company. In May 2022, I purchased a granite memorial bench with core holes drilled so that my mother’s and my son’s ashes could be placed inside. About a year later, around May 2023, I began to notice some mild discoloration on the surface of the bench. When I reached out to the company, I was told that this was “normal” and likely due to the granite holding water, and that I shouldn’t worry. Unfortunately, the discoloration continued to worsen and became very noticeable — and honestly painful to look at each time I visited. In July 2025 I contacted the company's management team and expressed my disappointment with the quality of the granite. To their credit, they promised to make it right and replaced the bench in August 2025. However, only a few months later, the new bench is already showing discoloration again. I strongly suspect there’s a design flaw related to the core holes drilled into the bench, which may be allowing moisture inside. None of the other granite memorials at the cemetery show this kind of staining or deterioration. I’m heartbroken and frustrated that after all this time and money, I’m still facing the same issue — especially at such a meaningful place meant to honor my loved ones. I sincerely hope the company reevaluates their design and materials so that other families don’t have to go through the same disappointment.
