Extremely satisfied with the services provided by Legacy Monuments. They did an amazing job with my loved one's upright monument! Their customer service was also exceptional. I really appreciate how patient they were during the design process of the monument. The owner, Elver, was also very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable as well. I highly recommend them!!!

Well I would love to give a shiny review about the amazing customer service that I received from this company, but I can’t…. Because I never received any customer service. I called and was told that the guy I think his name was (Elver?) was with a family that he would call me back…. He did call back within 10 mins he asked me to text message him pictures and the information which I did….. I don’t live there in Kern County anymore and was hoping to work remotely and closely with someone to honor my momma. After sending him the requested information, I waited over a week to hear back and nothing. I called back and was told that again he was with a family that he would return my call. Three more days have passed and I still haven’t heard back. Super frustrating made me look like a liar to my siblings that I was waiting for proof back to approve. So that’s my experience with them. I’m kind of surprised on all the good reviews because these people apparently don’t want to sell Head Stones, they don’t call you back, waste your time and give you the run around!!!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤯

Very satisfied with this company. Not only did they offer great customer service, but they also had my dads headstone ready within a couple weeks, whereas in other places, is was going to take months! I would absolutely recommend them when making the sensitive decision of purchasing a headstone for your loved one.

Legacy did a wonderful job on my Dads headstone. My sister and I were pleased with the artwork that represented our Dad perfectly. We were picky, and they were patient. We felt the price was fair and would definitely recommend Legacy Monument Co to anyone who is sadly in the market. They listen to ensure you get what you want for your loved one.

If there was 10 stars, that’s what I’d give this company. I started this process with Legacy Monuments and Elver in February 2024. Our monument headstone was finished and installed on the gravesite in December 2024. I’d been told by another company it would take 2 years. I’m very happy and pleased with the service I received from Elver. He was patient, and worked with us every step of the way. Always responded to text, emails and phone calls quickly. Answered all our questions and provided recommendations and insight. This company and this person is one of the nicest I know. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when the time comes.
