We had a Greek wedding and went with Elite events after hearing about their great work from multiple people. The Greek menu that was customized by us and the team turned out absolutely amazing and the guests loved it. The team is super professional and they did a great job at and before the wedding and we couldn’t be happier. Melissa and Teri have been amazing help planning the whole process and made it feel like a walk in the park. Everyone knows exactly what they’re doing and they’re doing a fantastic job! WOW! We were so impressed with Elite Events Catering. We used them for our wedding a few weeks ago and they delivered above & beyond our expectations. All of our guests loved the food (and couldn't stop talking about it), and we felt so taken care of throughout the whole process. Terri was so easy to communicate with and was incredibly professional, thorough, and detailed. She gave us valuable direction and insight while respecting the vision we had for our wedding catering and helped us plan every beautiful detail. We loved working with Elite Catering for our wedding! Whoever says wedding food isn’t good has clearly never been to one that had Elite. Not only was the food bomb, the staff was so professional and accommodating. I asked one of the cocktail hour servers to send over the guy with the crab rangoons (which were to die for by the way) and he brought a whole dang plate just for me lol. My guy. Another thing we really loved about Elite was their flexibility. I’m pretty sure they were the only caterer we found that provided bar service but allowed you to bring your own alcohol instead of having to pay a rate per person or choose from different level alcohol packages. We are in our mid 30s and let’s be honest, (most of) our friends don’t drink like they used to, and what they do want to drink is a bit higher end. We were able to accommodate the quality over quantity we needed without overspending. Overall we were super happy with everything the day of the wedding, and leading up to it with clear communication and flexibility when needed.

She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that us and our guests were taken care of. Her attention to detail and calm, professional presence made such a difference, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was handling everything. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Had a truly exceptional experience with Brook, Melissa and their whole team at a wedding at Del Favero Oasis in Citrus Park The package started off with a beautiful charcuterie display with freshest strawberries and blueberries, cheese, and nuts. The food looked amazing al night and was of the highest quality. My zesty lemon chicken over rice tasted like mom’s home cooked and the Mac and cheese was to die for. What really impressed me was the staff, every person working was really great to interact with and I even saw some of them singing along with the songs while they brought out the food. They also came with an adequately sized staff which seems to be too much to ask for from some of the other local catering companies. Brook and Melissa run a tight ship: excellent service and exceptional food. Happy wedding couple, happy family and most importantly, happy DJ. (Jk) Thank you all!
