McAllen Memorial Monuments & Engraving

I cannot thank McAllen memorial monuments enough for the care and compassion they showed while creating my dad’s gravestone. From the very beginning, the staff was patient, understanding, and guided me through each step of the process. They listened to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure every detail was just right.

The gentlemen at McAllen Memorial were such a delight. So understanding, very helpful. Loved these headstones that were for my mom and my brother right next to her at our family cemetery. They were not only great for this creation on both but also the install on both. I now feel at peace knowing all those who see them know who they are. Much appreciation. Be blessed everyone.

March 2021Great service from Luis and James. Luis is very patient and explains everything thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable since I've never had to go through this before. Update (Nov 2021): Had a hard time getting a status update after approving the design. When I showed up, turns out my dad's stone was used for someone else (same last name). I didn't appreciate the owner trying to tell me that they're still waiting on stones for orders placed before me when I specifically picked one that was up for grabs. The story changed after he realized I had figured out what happened. Still 3 stars because they are nice people. Update (Feb 2022): Still waiting. I don't get an update unless I reach out. I guess that's understandable since they have many clients, but the stone is still not ready. I was told it would be ready early January, and now, end of February. Stone was placed April 5, 2022.
