I’m always cautious of ordering flowers online if I’ve never been to a shop in person, but Oberer’s did such an amazing job with my Mother’s Day floral arrangement. It looked so beautiful exactly like the photos online. I accidentally switched two numbers on the address and the driver went above and beyond to find the correct address and have them delivered to my mom today. I will 100% be ordering from here again.

I called and spoke with Raven her customer service was excellent. I needed an arrangement for my sister and brother in law for their anniversary. I have never ordered from this business. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank u to Raven and all the staff who assisted. Here us the beautiful bouquet. They loved it!

Oberer’s Flowers has always been The Connor Group’s preferred florist but it wasn’t until we started working directly with Mia Bolante (Dayton location) that our experience and level of customer service was completely elevated! She is our go to florist for events across our organization and most importantly creativity! Mia brings our ideas, style, and vision to life. She’s open to our ideas, willing to create custom pieces working side by side with us (attached are a few of her creations), and ALWAYS delivers! I have now done two flower arranging classes with Julz, and they were both fantastic. The perfect balance of guidance and self expression. I don’t consider myself very artistic, but Julz made it easy. Would definitely recommend for friends or work groups.

REVIEW EDIT 09/13/2025: I received a call from Kayla, an Oberer’s manager. She apologized several times, and offered to send out another bouquet. It arrived shortly after our conversation. The quality and proportions were considerably better. I was saddened to hear they couldn’t locate my order history from the past years, but I guess that’s computers for you. Overall, I’m impressed with their desire to keep a customer, and the updated bouquet. ————————————————————————————— Our entire family has been using Oberer’s for more years than we can count. We’ve recommended them repeatedly, always insisting they do the very best job. Sadly, the last few arrangements we ordered lacked proportion, were very disorganized, and contained flowers with wilted edges. The last one literally had a bunch of baby’s breath, for which we paid extra, just thrown directly in the middle of two dozen roses. We’d expect this kind of quality from a $20.00 grocery store bouquet, but we were paying considerably more. It genuinely makes us sad, as Oberer’s has always been our go to. Now we have to find a new florist to trust. To Oberer’s, your quality has gone substantially downhill. We wish you the best with some kind of business recovery plan.
