They gave us rotten food. The workers would take the best donated food and the clothes closet was off limits even if you needed it. Had to argue with workers to get good blankets instead of the gross tin foil and confetti filled felt blankets we got. Weren't allowed to keep toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom so we had to go downstairs to the front desk to grab what we would use. Good in a pinch of course but the workers have a major power trip going on. Had to argue about my mom getting to sleep in past 7 after she got food poisoning. No bed bugs at least. Stayed there in 2016 so maybe its different but Im not betting on it.

Very friendly staff. Always clean and fully stocked. Im always in and out. Never any wait. 👍 highly recommend this location. As for the second floor the W.i.c office zero stars! The receptionist is rude. It takes forever even when you clearly have an appointment. 2-3 hr wait.

Speaking on behalf of the WIC department. So apparently if you have an appointment at 8:30am and it’s 10:30am and you still are not waited on seems to not be an issue. I asked the not so friendly receptionist, Susana if she knew about how much longer and she shrugged her shoulders and pretty much said have a seat and wait until you are called on. What is the purpose of an appointment!! Or the other solution is I can reschedule and yes clearly wait another 2 or 3 hours next time, who’s to say? As if it’s the only thing on my agenda. I might as well take a day off of work to spend it here at WIC.

My son was on a special Similac formula. Every time I went to pick up his milk, whichever staff member greeted me and checked me in was very quick about grabbing his formula from the back. This store is by far the best one I’ve been to over the years!!!! They even help me carry out some of the groceries that i got there. Keep up the Great work as a Team and business!! And did I mention how clean and organized it is? The shelves are never empty from products and the coolers are all stocked well. Again, by far the best one I’ve ever been to.

It was my first time And it was a great experience great customer service especially from a member named Francisco the nicest guy i ever met,he had great customer service and great sense of humor,i had 12 coupons and he help me get it and when everyone ignore me he helped me even carried away for me,he is a great asset to this store.Thanks Francisko for your service.
