I'm so angry and my heart hurts. I visited my baby's grave on Memorial Day and there were weeds all around her plot and standing water over some of the other babies graves. I thought well, they should have at least mowed for the holiday but maybe couldn't. Visited again for 4th of July and the weeds are so tall and strong I couldn't even pull them. The water that was standing is still there and is now green due to being stagnant. Fresno Memorial needs to do better. Parents should not have to see this when they go to visit the grave of their baby.

Always was given the most warm welcoming and our needs were their priority. They went above and beyond for our loved one to be placed to rest. We are greatly thankful for their service, dedication, and professionalism. Thank you Anthony Sotomayor and Jose Sarabia for making this experience smoother and with great compassion. We appreciate your courtesy.

Victoria at Fresno Memorial was very helpful. We visited on a Saturday then did the rest via zoom since we live in San Diego. It worked out well. She made various suggestions and helped us to work within our budget. We are at peace with the final decisions that we made and are glad that it is completed.

Today marks one month since my dad passed away, and I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with Fresno Memorial Gardens. About a month before my dad left this world, I was planning to purchase an estate plot for my parents, as I could not afford to buy one in my hometown. During that time, I had the privilege of working with Joann Criado. She was truly amazing and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing the estate plot and arranging funeral services — even though the funeral home was not located within the cemetery. I purchased both the estate plot and funeral services through her, and she patiently walked me through every step, answering all of my questions with care and compassion. When my dad passed away, I immediately informed Joann. She quickly coordinated with Lisle Funeral Home and managed to arrange everything within one week. Due to cultural traditions and superstitions regarding the date and time of burial, we had specific requirements that needed to be met — and she made it happen. Her efficiency and dedication during such a difficult time meant more to my family than I can express. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Joann during one of the hardest moments of my life. Planning a funeral is nothing like planning a wedding — it is emotional, overwhelming, and deeply personal. Having someone as compassionate, organized, and understanding as Joann made all the difference. Thank you, Fresno Memorial Gardens, and especially Joann, for your support during this difficult time.

I have been coming to my dad’s headstone for going on 10 years.I make sure to keep it clean and flowers up to date. I found it heart breaking that I show up and they have take the flowers the flags and some other items that were in the vase and throne them away. These items were a week old and when I asked the grounds keep I was told if it looked like holiday flowers they tossed them. They tossed more than flowers if they are in the vase and are not flowers leave them alone. They tossed out memories. It is very heart breaking to see everything gone and the vase turned back over. They were not holiday flowers and the memorial pieces should have been left alone. Very disappointed and disrespectful to toss out flags and memorabilia that had nothing to do with a holiday. Change your policy if it is in the vase and not flowers leave it alone. It would also be nice if the grounds crew would have more respect for the headstones and stop destroying them with the tractor
