Eternal Spring of Gilbert

Beautiful assisted living community! Great location in Gilbert! Staff is wonderful! We loved Thelma, Resident Care Director! She was amazing to work with! Always available for questions and support! She became part of our family! Highly recommend!

We installed cameras that recorded and monitored remotely my mother-in-laws suite. We have documented and recorded numerous incidents of neglect, threats and harassment not only from staff but from other residents. They cannot deny this because we have the receipts! Just poor excuses given by senior management for the harassment but they failed to take any action without constant escalation. After 6pm you cannot get access to your family. Even when police was called for an emergency they were unable to gain entry into the facility due to no staff. Expired food was served, housekeeping left bathrooms and kitchens areas dirty, staff stole my MIL's drinks and snacks while she was out hospitalized for a fall due to negligence. They make it seem as though your parent is an ideal fit with a level one care needed, then right after moving in decide after a reassessment a level 5 is really needed making the cost climb dramatically.

Moved my mom here in November & she loves it. It is a very nice well kept and affordable community.y mom was at another community it was older & cost twice as much. The staff has been amazing. Very caring, kind and patient.

I would not put any member of my family in this facility. There has been a murder of one of the residents. The kitchen has a grade D. The employee turn over is high so how do you expect the residents to develop a relationship with a caregiver and feel safe if they’re always quitting because of management. Ever since this new Director has taken over, the “community” has gone down hill extensively. Please, take your family member elsewhere.

I have visited Eternal Spring of Gilbert on a couple of occasions, the last one being the rummage sale for the Alzheimer’s awareness association fundraiser. The community brings a welcoming and lively energy to you. On each visit to the community i have been greeted by friendly faces, whether it be the professional and warm staff, or a smiling resident of the community. The building is kept clean and smelling good, music is playing and I even think i smelled fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby at my last visit. Eternal Spring of Gilbert is a community where you can trust your loved one will not only be taken care of on the basic levels of physical hygiene and medical care, but also they will be welcomed to engage in community events, games, classes, and much more…fostering an environment for your loved one to feel seen, respected and treated with dignity - and where you can sleep peacefully at night knowing your loved one is in good hands.
