If I could give 10 stars, I would. Friendly, professional and very kind. Every single animal they handle is done with kind and compassionate care. My mom's dog Chloe passed yesterday and I met one of the drivers, Krys, who I discovered has a mutual friend to me. Krys handles every animal as if they were her own and knowing that brought me so much comfort in such a hard time. Thank you for all that you do.

To whom it may concern I just wanna let you guys know that Liz is one great person. I appreciate everything you’ve done for me when I lost my pack. She was so kind and sweet and has one bad heart you guys are very lucky to have her. You should be very proud of her she is one of a kind you gotta be very proud of her without her. I’ve never made it through all of this. She did an amazing job of taking care of me and my family and my best friend. Thank you Liz for everything you know for me and I really appreciate it. You guys be very proud of her. Please keep her around that she’s great thank you guys Jason Lemon.

At Home On The Range Pet Crematorium did such fantastic work with our late dog. They made the very difficult process very simple and worked with us. We left town after our dog had his last vet visit at our home, and Home On The Range worked around our schedule for delivery and kept us apprised of the dates. Plus, they offer a variety of engraved boxes/urns and pet keepsakes (paw prints, hair holders). I don’t recommend using any other company for your pet’s final journey.

The absolute best place to have cared for our Buddy. He was given back to us in a satin bag, then the nicest wooden box, and then a velvet bag. We also got a cremation certificate and his paw print in plaster. I felt he was so protected and very well taken care of which helps with the whole process of losing him. The level of respect they have for your pet is unmatched. And to top it off, the best hug from a complete stranger. Thank you all so very much for helping us in such a difficult time.

My dog Toby passed away back in 2021 and for whatever reason, maybe the sheer disbelief that he was gone, I didn't realize they had taken images of his paw & nose prior to cremation. Fast forward to 2025, I came across a sympathy card from At Home on the Range with I.D. numbers for these prints. I contacted them to see if I could get copies. I am so grateful for Liz and her efforts and exemplary customer service! She was able to get these downloadable images to me. I am beyond grateful! Although these images were so very hard to see as I miss Toby so much, I also feel an enormous sense of comfort. ❤️❤️
