This is the worst counseling center in Nevada & I don't know how they're still in business. The owner is the RUDEST person in the world AND HER STAFF CARES NOTHING ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. She only cares about money and billing Medicaid. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Third meeting for our little man today, and Jazmine Lopez has definitely made and is making an impact on this little guy. The ladies in the front office are definitely welcoming and very supportive.

Our experience with Ms. Mary at Hope Counseling has been nothing short of wonderful. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful, creating a safe space where my 10-year-old daughter feels truly heard. Ms. Mary is so attentive to her emotions and has a gift for connecting with children. We are so grateful for her support!

No help when I need it the most. My therapist just hung up on me thanks Mary! They can't handle it when you're upset and confused and frustrated with the system! They don't want to hear it they just say okay bye-bye and hang up on you! ESPECIALLY after telling you about my bad experiences with therapist's. SO unprofessional and hurtful. NO HOPE is what you gave me! You pretty much put the nail in my coffin for therapy! I need someone who cares who wouldn't hang up on a person who's upset and frustrated!

My son has been seeing Richard at Hope Counseling Services for a little over a month now, and we’ve had such a positive experience so far. The staff is always warm and friendly, and scheduling or rescheduling sessions is incredibly easy. They’re always on time, which I truly appreciate. What means the most to me is how excited and eager my son is to go to his sessions that alone speaks volumes! Even in this short amount of time, we’re already noticing small but meaningful improvements, and we’re really looking forward to seeing how much more progress he’ll make with Richard’s support. Hope Counseling Services has created a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for my son, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care and patience they show. Highly recommend! :)
