Caring Cremations on Pulaski in Chicago is a very nice establishment. I trusted their services to a very special loved one. The director, Milos Djordjevic was always kind, & patiently answered my concerns. Vivian Hincapie was very professional, caring, patient & understanding. The staff is direct, with pricing, they stand behind their work, & are an excellent establishment to make the process easier. This meant the most to me and my family. I trusted that they handled my loved one with care, compassion, & professionalism. I am recommending them to others.

I contacted Caring Cremations after my Son-In-Law passed on a Saturday in the hospital. Called them on Sunday and was contacted very quickly to set up arrangements for his cremation. I spoke with Vivian and she was very comforting. She gave me her condolences and explained to me how to proceed. Everyone who contacted me from Caring Cremations were wonderful and so respectful of our loss and sadness. I'd recommend them for the way they handled and helped us manage making a very difficult time so much more easier. When we picked up his ashes we were very happy to meet Vivian and thanked he for all of her help. Caring Cremations made all the difference to us during our loss.

Working with Milo and his team made everything so much easier. They transported my sister quickly, faster than I expected. They kept me informed each step of the way. I will never forget the words, “She is in our care.” From there I could relax somewhat, knowing she was not alone. Vivian and Milo were professional, attentive, communicative, and supportive - organized. I appreciate you more than you can imagine. You made a tough time easier and I will never forget it. Caring cremations was amazing when I lost my wife. Significantly less expensive than a funeral home (like 60% less) and there was zero awkward and insulting upsell (which everyone warned me about). In fact, I called and asked questions, then still made the arrangements online. Very straightforward. They were super responsive when I had questions or needed something, even after I picked up my wife’s remains. I didn’t do these, but they had some very interesting options of alternative ways of handling remains, eg making rocks out of the ashes. I know this review sounds upbeat even though it’s days after losing my wife at 50, but I was just so glad to have found this company and not have to go to a creepy funeral home and deal with high pressure sales.

Losing a loved one is difficult. You're overwhelmed with emotions, yet still have to make decisions. I was happy to be able to work with Milos and his team when my mother passed. Every interaction with him or his staff was professional and compassionate. They made the process feel effortless. I was able to call or text any time with questions. Having prices posted on their website for the different services let me know what to expect for final cost. Even when they came to pick up my mother from the hospice facility they handled her with great care and discretely removed her from the facility. To the point that no one even noticed she was gone from the room. I appreciate all of their assistance and care provided for me and my family. I highly recommend them.
