Hesperia Florist LLC has truly exceeded my expectations under their new ownership since November. Every arrangement I’ve received has been absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully put together. I received a stunning bouquet for my birthday, a gorgeous arrangement for my mother-in-law, and continued to be impressed with consistently fresh, vibrant bouquets throughout the season. The quality of the flowers, attention to detail, and overall presentation have been outstanding every single time. I live out of state and have ordered flowers for my mom before through amazon. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered the flower arrangement was very poor quality. This time, I looked up a local spot near her and found Hesperia Florist. The online ordering portal was easy to use, I ordered next day delivery. I called the next morning and was greeted by Melanie. She was so helpful; confirmed that my order was received and offered to send me a picture of the bouquet for final approval before delivery. After the photos she called me and we discussed adding a few more flowers to the back, since without realizing it, I ordered a forward facing arrangement. She had no problem doing that and the arrangement was beautiful! The delivery man calls me when he gets there because no one was home lol. I asked if I could make a quick phone call and call him back, he was so polite and kind said, "no problem I'll be waiting." I called him back to let him know that she was 5min away. He said he would wait for her, that the winds were very bad and he wouldn't want it to tip over before her arrival. My mom called to thank me and she too commented on the man's kindness and care for the arrangement. Hesperia Florists went the extra mile to deliver quality flowers with quality service! It's not common now-a-days to have a company make the effort and communicate through a phone call, and I appreciate that. I don’t leave reviews often, but The Hesperia Florist absolutely deserves every bit of praise. I’m truly grateful for everyone at this shop. To keep a very long story as short as possible: I walked in the night before my little sister’s birthday hoping to order a grand, over-the-top arrangement with a matching balloon bouquet for the next day, which was a Sunday. (They’re normally closed on Sundays.) Backstory: My little sister is in late stage, stage 4 cancer and currently on hospice care. I wanted something incredibly special for her birthday, something that felt like “the works.” Vanessa went above and beyond purely out of the kindness of her heart. She created the most stunning floral arrangement, a beautiful balloon bouquet, and even added a teddy bear holding its own tiny bouquet. And then, on her day off, she personally delivered everything. You don’t often find small businesses anymore that put people, compassion, and true customer care first. Everyone at this shop is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely does everything from the heart. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the best experience!! Placed an order at 730am. Cecelia called me at 8:30am to let me know substitutions were needed and said she would add roses. I was okay with that and let her design it her way. They delivered around 1pm. I was beyond impressed! My mom send me a picture and was over the moon happy. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Such wonderful customer service and delivery was on time.
