The staff was professional and courteous! As promised on the website, no added or hidden costs. The process was fast, efficient and easy! Bart was wonderful to work with as well the rest of the staff. At a time when you're grieving but also have to make the necessary arrangements for your loved one, it's great to find a service that is able to handle everything in such a fast and efficient manner at a reasonable cost.. As promised, I didn't have to wait a long time to receive my mother's ashes, everything was taken care of in a matter of days.

We reached out to make pre-need arrangements for cremation as part of our will update. Kasandra responded to our phone call quickly and warmly. She answered all our questions and emailed us documents to complete online within a day. The cost was very reasonable. We have peace of mind knowing that our pre-payment is secure, given the safeguards their system offers. Kasandra explained several options for our family to receive the cremated remains by mail or in person.

At the time of need, Bart was easy to work with and the two workers who came to collect our loved one were very respectful and kind. This company is remarkable, and I really mean remarkable. I called, thinking I was going to spend a certain amount of money, and they told me that what I wanted would be much less expensive. Once we worked out details, they laid out what would happen in the next week or two. Like most people, I didn't have any experience with this kind of process, so to have somebody lay it out so clearly was very calming. Everything developed as they said it would. When I asked about things that we had not discussed, like notifying social security, they assured me that they had already done it. I've never used another service so I can't compare, but I can't imagine that anyone would do it better.
