I ordered a custom bouquet for a birthday surprise and requested some purple and sunflowers to be included in the arrangement. They did an amazing job!! It was also finished and delivered in less than 3 hours from ordering. Very impressed and will be ordering again!

Would give 10 stars if I could. I ordered an arrangement to welcome my new grandson. It was stunning and unique. The variety and freshness of flowers was above and beyond. Pictures don't do this arrangement justice. Thank you so much for a unique and breathtaking arrangement! The vase was as beautiful as the flowers! Highly recommend and I will be back!

Buyer beware. Worst flower arrangement ever! I am very disappointed in the flower arrangement I ordered for my wife for Valentines day. It was my understanding that a dozen roses, in a vase, would be the "most beautiful arrangement" ever. You can see what $180 gets you in the attached photo. Who puts roses in a box? I called Flower Betty and their only recommendation was they could come pick it up, put it in a vase (which I would have to pay an additional fee for I am sure) and then send it back. They said they buy the boxes special made locally. Really? I do wood working/carpentry and something that cheap you can buy in the dollar store. By the time she received it and I was made aware, it was almost noon on Valentines day. My wife was too embarrassed and did not want me to press the issue any further. If you are looking for a nice, rose arrangement....do not go here! Well, I did not make my review personal and throw insults, but I guess that shows you the type of business these people run. They did not mention anything about a new arrangement at no charge. I stated that I was disappointed and they said "what are we supposed to do?" I asked that they could at least give me a discount for the poor arrangement. Again, they did not mention anything about a new arrangement at no charge. I am sorry if you feel you have to take it out on a customer when you are the ones who cannot provide a good service on Valentines day. It is not about ego and you do not have to be condescending to customers. Please have a little respect.

Received a gorgeous arrangement from my sweet daughter yesterday!! Flower Betty does an amazing job. More of an art sculpture than a generic flower arrangement!!! Hands down the best florist in Birmingham!!

I ordered a designer choice for my mom's birthday and it was just a stunning bouquet. My mom absolutely loved the arrangement and texted me a ton of pictures. And, what's better than a super happy mom? Customer service was phenomenal (everyone should respond with a "yaaaaayyyy!" when you order birthday flowers) and I even received a photo of the arrangement before it went out. Designer choice bouquets I've purchased elsewhere have typically been a bit stingy and a let down, but absolutely not the case this time. The arrangement was absolutely on par with the amount paid in terms of quality, flowers, and design.
