Cutest flower shop in BA! They always make all my arrangements not only for myself. They also any and all flowers for us for all of our daughter, school stuff and cheer competitions. This is our daughter‘s third year being on the homecoming court, They made the most beautiful arrangements every year for us to give to her at the end of her coronation. I bring her dress and they do the rest. I highly recommend the shop all the girls that work there are amazing! My only place I’ll ever go to! Thanks again!!!!!

We used Penelope for our wedding flowers and they came out beautifully! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We went in with more of a concept for an overall look than knowing what specific flowers we wanted. We were pleased to be able to communicate our idea and for the workers to be able to bring it to life!

We had the best experience using Penelope & Lu as our wedding florist! From giving an initial quote to the day of, Cassie, Julie and the team were great at communicating and helping execute our vision within our budget. We cannot recommend them enough. We also love their shop and book club!

I don't even know where to begin. Working with Cassie and Julie was such a phenomenal experience. They each bring something to the table that made my wedding planning process a breeze. Julie and my father clicked because he's a numbers guy and she knew how to make sure he was comfortable with the budget. Cassie was the go-to for my mom and myself when it came to designs and concepts. I was an out of town bride so it was comforting to know I could call, text, or email them and get a response quickly. COVID-19 forced us to push our wedding back several months and the moment we made the decision to postpone our wedding, they were making changes and working with our vendors to accommodate us. I know we could not have pulled up this pandemic wedding with such style, safety measures, and overall good time without them.

Seriously! Cassie & Julie were the BEST! They did the flowers for my wedding - which I was very picky about - and they made my entire vision come to life. I recommend them 100%!! You won't be disappointed. Sweetest gals on the planet!!
