Ashley and Matt went above and beyond to help design our headstone. We had a very unusual design and stone, and those two worked with us every step of the way. There was a stall with our stone choice (overseas quarry, absolutely not the fault of Southwest Monument) and were understanding when we said we would wait for our specific stone, in lieu of choosing another. Knowledgeable, kind, compassionate people - which is what people need in this circumstance. Can not recommend them enough.

Losing my 19 year old son was the worst experience of my life. Southwest Monument did an amazing job with the inscription and the laser etching and the qualify of the monument was spot on. I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that it’s difficult to truly express how much we appreciate Matt and Southwest Monument. They made this process bearable through excellent customer service and genuine kindness. With that in mind, we could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and what they fashioned on behalf of our Mom and Dad. They also got everything done and installed at least two weeks earlier than expected. They are so appreciated!
