Catholic Archdiocese of Mobile

The Catholic Archdiocese of Mobile is a beautiful edifice to visit for its architecture, stained glass windows, stations of the cross, and to reflect. I am thankful the Church is open to walk and tour during the day when mass is not taking place, and we enjoyed hearing the massive pipe organ as it was being worked on during our visit. Don’t miss the prayer chapel down the stairs on the front left side of the church. A great free visit for every visitor to Mobile to enjoy the majesty of the building and its gravitas. Thank you to the church for keeping the doors open to the public.
