Review is based solely on how unorganized the billing is set up. If you pay cash there is no problems. HOWEVER if you do use insurance it is one of the most messed up systems I have encountered. The operators at Thrive don't fully understand how it works, and IF you are blessed enough to have to contact Headway, well they hide behind internet chats and email as the only means of communication.

I cannot say enough about how much this place has helped our family so far. My daughter suffered from extreme behaviors. Thanks to Ms. Ellis and Catherine we are on a much better track and reconnecting as a family again. Highly recommend this place for kids, adults, and families alike!

My therapist (Rachel Hixson) is the absolute best!!! She has given me so many useful and convenient ways to work through some tough situations in my life. I’ve been in and out of therapy my whole life and usually it feels good to get some things off my chest but I don’t ever feel like I get useful tools or make any progress but with Rachel she truly has helped me. I react some much better to difficult people and overall I feel like my state of mind has shifted with her ability to get me to see a different point of view. My daughter has also received the help she needed from Catherine cook and Heather Vance. I will always recommend Thrive to anyone seeking help, no matter the situation.They have counselors that are versed in many different modalities of mental health.

Stephanie Munro is a lovely human being who makes me personally feel very safe. When talking about things she’s not only genuinely listening but I feel like it’s a conversation and not just a one sided talk show. She’s lovely and the office is very comfortable, enough to let someone with a lot of anxiety let their guard down. Lovely lovely woman and would recommend! ❤️
