Cremation Society was great! Lauren was great. They were not pushy at all. She listened to me and what I needed and took care of everything! I highly recommend them!

The people at the Cremation Society in VA Beach (especially Lauren) were so helpful and kind to us. I would recommend putting some money aside and making your funeral arrangements in advance. So when that time comes your family is not left with a bill, unknown decisions and grief. I know it was a decision my husband and I had made and it really helped my family and I get through the day. What a wonderful experience during a time of immense sorrow. Shannon has been a Godsend, anticipating our every need and fully explaining the process we would experience. Every thing he said would happen did, on time, and exactly as he described. This was especially important since I live out of state and needed events to occur as promised. Shannon not only delivered on what he said would happen he also went the extra mile to to provide help for me outside his normal duties. He has been amazing and truly supportive of our family, easing our burdens during this journey. We are all thankful for his help, understanding, counsel, and care. Thank you!
