At one of the most difficult times in our lives, when we didn’t know where to turn or what to do, Jela at Venetian Monument stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Her guidance and attention to detail meant the world to us. She followed through on everything with empathy and precision, making an overwhelming process feel manageable. Jela was incredibly knowledgeable and she created a very heart-warming and understanding environment for my mom and me when we were looking for a tombstone for my late dad that would also include my mom in the future. She handled the process well and communicated with us often, from the couple of months we took to eventually decide on one through the process of ordering through getting an artist, completing the lettering and photo etching, and then installing it at the cemetery. Considering how much there is to do after losing a loved one, the ease at which she put us for this particular part of the process was very much appreciated. We cannot thank her enough for the great service she provided.

Venetian Monument did my father's monument 61 years ago when I was 10. My mom was always happy with the people involved & the quality put in to the design & finished stone. When my mom died this past year, she wanted to add to the stone our last name in English, since everything was in Ukrainian, so that more well wishers that visit can easily find her. My first thought was to check Venetian Monument to see if they are still around. I was happy to see that they were still there, in the same location for all those years. I was very please that the service had not changed. Very pleasant & well accommodating. I just saw the finished monument & I am very pleased.

The company was always super courteous and helpful. And not to mention that the design they sent me for the headstone was identical to the actual stone. Everything was perfect and all for a reasonable price!
