On my 15th anniversary my car was towed by this company. I’ve parked my car in the same location for months. I’ve never had any concerns until today when the tow truck driver decided to make rounds in our area. I went to my parked location to find my car was gone. I begin investigating to determine if my car was towed before I connected the police to report my vehicle stolen nevertheless to find out my vehicle was towed. Later I found out the Catholic Charities was the organization requesting the tow. It’s a wonderful day regardless of these businesses involved in establishing confusion. All praises to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Unable to talk with a representing regarding a question about physical donations

The worst experience I have in my life.Representatives are useless and they are not knowledgeable at all.

Attempted to rent from the Mesquite Terrace next door and was given the runaround for 6 months, after paying the application fee and turning in the required documents, I was completely blown off and ignored, no communication or attempt to contact me and when I called was repeatedly told that my application was completed and given to the auditors and would get a response in a few days. Never received an answer and after a month of waiting returned to the office to be told that I had not turned in the required documents, complete bs as I had turned in everything not once but twice and had double checked with the staff before leaving. I was told everything was turned in to the auditors on multiple occasions just to find out months later that it had never even been turned in at all. And even with all my contact information, email, phone,etc was never notified that more information was needed. They took my application fee and did absolutely nothing to further the process but tell us lies and lead us on without resolution. I was in a rough situation and came here expecting help and was not given even a lil bit of consideration, it would have been better had I just received a denial but didn't even receive that, very discouraging. For this to be low income housing they need to train their office people to be considerate of people's circumstances and handle things much more professionally with a bit more understanding. Hopefully this is not how they treat everyone, but they surely disappointed my family. ND 6 months later they still had no answer other than to tell us we needed to redo the entire application process, bc too much time had gone by, very upsetting
