The staff at SnSMonuments was phenomenal. They helped us put together a head stone we are so proud of. It stands out among all the rest of the stones in the cemetery and brings us peace and comfort each time we visit our mother’s grave site. I can’t thank this team enough for all their patience and professionalism. I highly recommend!

I finally made the decision to get a headstone for my mother. Living states away already made it difficult. I wanted a company I could trust. I selected S&S based on the reviews. Communication was horrible from the beginning. After not receiving a response, ( today makes 12 days of still waiting), I selected a different company and the headstone is already on my mother’s grave. Every customer should be valued. Update: I come with receipts! The photo was the last conversation. This company never responded…I asked how much for the black headstone…but they can respond to the review instead. When my money is involved, I speak up, believe this! The lack of professionalism, by the owner speaks volume. However, I did find an excellent company who was able to provide excellent customer service and top quality product!! Again, as a customer, I would NOT recommend S&S Monuments.

Designing a headstone for loved ones is never easy, but they made the entire process feel manageable and respectful. S&S monuments, my go-to place. Stephan is the ultimate professional. I have had dealings in the past with him at another monument place and followed him to his business. I love that they are a family owned business. Both him and his wife are awesome to deal with. The staff they employ are really professional and stay on top of their assignments. I have recommended them to family members who have gone to them for their headstone needs. The work done on our headstone turned out Completely AMAZING!!! The timeline given was pretty accurate. The level of commitment they showed to keep with the scheduled installment date is out of this world. The owner had been hospitalized, then his lead installer got hospitalized for a different reason and Stephan still showed up to install our headstone. We appreciate your dedication to your craft.
