Carey our new maintenance man was wonderful and very nice. I Put in three work order tickets and my issues were resolved the next day!! I have lived here for over a year and everyone in the front office is caring, professional and extremely helpful. It is a really nice place to call home...

I stayed at The Retreat after my Liver Transplant. It was provided through the Nicholas Foundation. It was such a blessing. The management team of Brook and Trish was awesome. They went out of there way to make sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed upon getting your apt. The apartment was very modern and had all the necessities to make you feel secure and at home. The people living there were very nice and made you feel welcome. They offer so many amenities and have so many activities for the residents so that you can get to know your neighbors. My stay there while short was a very memorable blessing that could not have been possible if it wasn't for Brook, Trish and the Nicholas Foundation. Thank you for all that you did.

We have lived at the Retreat for 1 year. The amenities here are fantastic. From the enclosed pool area to the well maintained landscaping, the many scheduled activities & the planned outings. The Retreat is centrally located for your shopping needs. But best of all are the staff and the residents. Everyone has made us feel right-at-home and they make you feel like family. The staff makes every attempt to address your needs and concerns. We highly recommend the Retreat Senior Living Center in Grand Prairie, Texas.

This community is very friendly and fun. I have met a lot of great people that I now consider friends. The office staff strives to take care of the residence and they are great. I recommend you moving in!

We moved here and everyone has been extremely nice and extremely helpful. Navigating things through this time has been difficult but The Nicolas Foundation has been here for us. Becky is an angel and Virginia took care of us and worked with my son to make our transition smooth. Crystal is so eager to help as well. To know that this company builds and manages beautiful apartment homes and gives back to transplant recipients sets them apart from and above the rest. I highly recommend!
