First off the company they sent to p/u Mom asked "what kind of music did she like", and we told them and they responded by saying, "we will play that for her on her trip to the funeral home." The second thing was when we went to make the arrangements. The director met with us personally and told us how e1 loved the dress we put on Mom. I said ty and she took Mom's last winning lottery ticket and put it with her for me. Everyone we met from there was so caring and compassionate that we are planning on using them again down the road. They have the best prices and handle everything right there at their location. I'm very impressed by everything I've seen there and read about them on their website. They have great reviews just like the one I'm leaving. Tysm for everything.

Miracle and the team Lusain Funeral Home was wonderful during our time of need. They were very kind and professional. Miracle helped me with some items even after our business was concluded.

I called to find out when my grandmother funeral arrangements was. I was told I would get a call back. Whoever the lady was that answer the phone told me she would have the funeral director call me back. I did not get a call back. Instead a call was made to a family member to tell on me, as if I did something wrong. I called to get information regarding my grandmother homegoing services, but was treated as if I wasn't allowed to call or get any information. Basically, I was treated as a child and was not allowed to get any information regarding my grandmother's funeral services. I'm not a child and I don’t like my intelligence being challenged. Lusain Funeral Sercices is not professional and business was conducted inappropriate. The event that took place was uncalled for, smh.

Recently I reached out to Miracle and Marci at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory for my father’s funeral. They have been very patient and honored all our requests to fulfill the rituals in best possible way. They have given us all the support needed even after the cremation was done. They explained all the process in detail and have replied to any questions I had. Most of the times the response was very quick even when I emailed them on the weekend or late in the nights.
