Harmony at Hope Mills

The staff, both medical & non-medical, at Harmony are some of the most caring, professional, & knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. The time my mother has been there has been truly remarkable. There’s a personal touch you feel from everyone that’s more like loving family members than paid workers. It’s never easy needing a loved one to be assisted by someone other than yourself but the people at Harmony make it easy to trust that there are others who can help provide a level of care that adds to & goes beyond what you are able to do yourself. I’m grateful to have found such a place where my mom is thriving!

Harmony is a wonderful facility. It is a beautiful place full of love for its residents. The employees are always so cheerful and full of enthusiasm. They take care of the residents like their very own family, in fact they called them family. If you are looking for a clean, safe, caring environment and home for your loved one, end your search. This is the place you want for them to be. I’m so blessed to have found this place. I know I made the right choice.

Wonderful facility with a kind and dedicated team. The atmosphere at Harmony at Hope Mills is warm, and the staff works hard to ensure the residents are happy and well-cared for. Jennifer went over and beyond during the admissions process and even during late hours and weekends she made sure to be available and answer questions. She made me feel very comfortable.

I can’t say enough positive things about Harmony. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported during what can be a very emotional transition. The team is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents with dignity and respect. The facility itself is clean, bright, and thoughtfully maintained. Common areas are inviting and encourage social interaction. There are plenty of activities offered throughout the week—everything from crafts and games, special events and outings—so residents always have opportunities to stay engaged and connected. One of the most reassuring aspects has been the communication. The staff keeps families informed and is always available to answer questions or address concerns. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of the residents. Most importantly, my loved one feels safe, valued, and part of a community. That peace of mind is priceless. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate and professional assisted living care.

My mother was diagnosed with dementia and it was a hard decision for my sister and I to put her in a facility. She has been a resident in harmony square for over a year. I am so pleased with the care the staff provides and how amazing Mrs. Kelly is that I bring sweets from the local bakery each time I visit. If you want your loved one in a memory care where the residents are always engaging in an activity, a delicious meal is always being prepared, staff actually care about your loved one, and there is a compassionate supervisor who goes above and beyond then you need to visit harmony at hope mills. Its an amazing feeling when you know your loved one is really cared for.
