I highly recommend west memorial. They did an awesome job designing my dad’s headstone and were very easy to work with . I called around multiple companies , and after speaking with Paul on the phone I felt confident that him and his team would create exactly what I wanted . My dad’s memorial marker was even more beautiful than I expected . My family and I are very proud of it.

I’ve always considered headstones to be a part of history. I wanted something unique, that tells a story about who we were in life. After a long conversation with Paul, he sent me several pictures of potential designs. The design we chose is perfect, exactly what we wanted. Everyone I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable, and polite. They gave us our piece of history, a beautiful, tasteful, and artistic monument.

I lost my daughter unexpectedly in 2023. Planning a funeral is very difficult to do. Choosing the right monument had to express my daughter. She was truly a crazy cat lady, and the monument had to express this. I searched all over the internet until I found West Memorials. I contacted Olive, and she told me to send them my drawing and they would see if they could match it. They created exactly what I drew. They kept in contact with me. Sent me pictures of their progress. They checked with me for any changes in wording. They final results were amazing! They even allowed me to come to Memphis to pick up her monument on their Thanksgiving Holiday. The monument was very well packed and they loaded it into our truck. The special part about this, was you had to exit by Saint Judes Hospital to get to them. My daughter was a childhood cancer survivor, and every year, she did walks and raised money for Saint Judes. It was meant for me to find West Memorials. Thank you to Paul and Olive for making this final Gift for my daughter easier.

Couldn’t be more grateful for Olive and her team. Loosing someone unexpectedly is never something you’d imagine going through but having people who care enough to make such a hard process a bit easier is something to be grateful for. We had such an awful experience trying to order the stone from the cemetery that we decided to no longer work with them. I went on google to find a company who was able to accommodate our requests and design a plaque that we envisioned and luckily I found West Memorials. They brought our vision to life and I couldn’t be more grateful to have something so beautiful and perfect in the middle of brokenness. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication!

Paul made the process easy, not only for my time line but my budget as well. You gave me a truly one of a kind memorial just for us. I will be proud to rest under our headstone bench next to my sister knowing that visitors can come sit and visit. I appreciate your company more than you know. I'd give you more stars if I could.
