I have had the most best experience with Mr Mimms and he was so nice he did my husband headstone just the way I wanted it looks good very pleased

When I met with Mr. Herrington, he showed me how the granite look and he was very polite. However, when I purchase the granite for my husband, who served in the military, he did not disclose at the time how long it would take. When I started calling him asking questions in regards to it, he kept giving me the run around and this went on for a few days. Then, he became agitated and offered me my 377.00 back. I went to his place of business and he was extremely rude. I advised him if I had been told in advanced how long it would take, then I would not have come off rude, due to him calling me rude. He stated, I did tell you. You would think if he told me in the beginning, he would have reiterated that the few times I spoke with him on when would he go out to the cemetery. Then, when I told him that he did not share those details to me, he told me "goodbye." You will be back like everyone else has. Well, Mr. Mims, this is one person who would never come back to your establishment.

We visited in May of last year to purchase my Mom's stone. The owner was very pleasant to work with. It was obvious he knew his craft because he explained the entire process in detail. He also let us know that they were dealing with major delays due to a supply chain issue. Apparently, the plastic that is used as a mold for the engraving comes from Asia and they were having trouble getting a steady supply. I called regularly for a status update and he was always responsive. The stone was set recently, and my siblings and I are pleased with the outcome.

Started out great. The day we stopped in, we had a nice chat with the owner and got the ball rolling.... Or so we thought. After we weren't contacted for several weeks, I called to check on the status and spoke with the owner and he had no clue who I was. I reminded him and he told me that they were working on the design and would be in touch soon. I haven't heard anything since. That was a year and a half ago. I gave up.and went with a different company. Three stars is bc he was nice and the pandemic made running a business a little tricky for most of us.

I live in Dallas and was able to call and describe what I wanted. Not only did they do a good job but also was professional and courteous. The work was excellent.
