When i finally knew my husband was going to pass away from his illness my heart was broken and i knew i needed to prepare for the day he would pass since he wanted to be home and by my side. That was a bit emotional since we hadn’t talked about any plans for his passing other than he wanted to be cremated. With that in mind I knew I needed to get information from his hospice company in Hot Sorings AR. They recommended Srkansas Crematiin for their expertise and care in handing such an emotional time for loved ones. Arkansas Cremation was available quickly to answer all my questions and calm my fears and concerns with their services. They were affordable with so many options to make this time gentle through preparation. The day my husband passed after all legal matters were taken care of - within a couple hours they came and handled with respect and care my husbands body. The gentleman that came to pick him up was so respectful and caring - understanding the emotion of that day. They took great care and followed through with all they had promised on the timing of notifying me when to go to pick his remains and I was also able to order several copies of his death certificate to help with the legal transition of personal business. I would reccomend Arkansas Cremation to anyone who desire to have peace and care during such a difficult time. I recently used this crematory for my father’s arrangements. One positive is that their pricing is very affordable compared to many other places in the area, which is something I appreciated during a difficult time. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Interactions felt rushed, short-tempered, and at times dismissive. During a moment when families are grieving and trying to navigate unfamiliar processes, a little patience and kindness can go a long way. Unfortunately, I often felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking questions or trying to complete the arrangements. My mother had a similar experience as well. In the end, everything we requested was completed and we received the services we paid for, which is why I’m giving three stars. But because of the lack of compassion and professionalism in communication, I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to others. (Yes, I used chat-gpt to help articulate what I needed to say)

Process was smooth and easy. No problems. Cost is excellent compared to what a funeral home would charge. If you choose cremation, this establishment is an excellent choice.

They where the absolutely best from beginning to end. Very professional and compassionate. Handle my daddy with care and dignity. I would recommend this place to anyone that need there loved one cremated.. Thank you for your services and kind words as we walked out! Highly recommended

I can't say enough good things about the service and support from Arkansas Cremation. My sister recently passed, and with me living out of State and being somewhat travel-limited myself, I was really stressed about how I could best arrange things for my sister. Amy worked with me from the start, guiding me through the online arrangement process, giving advice on how to find needed information for the legal forms, and answering all of my questions about the actual process and the best options for urns, mementos, memorials, and so on. Samantha and Heather were also very helpful in assisting me with some last-minute changes. The folks working their call-assistance lines were also very kind and compassionate. I felt their pricing options are designed to appeal to a wide range of incomes & desires for survivors. In short, I felt like I was dealing with family throughout the entire process, and was extremely pleased with the results. At a time when emotions and other factors often make planning for a loved one's end-of-life arrangements, these wonderful women were a Godsend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
