Jill's Florist Flower Shop

Fabulous. I had been looking for years for a florist who would deliver on actual Mother's Day for family in the Dudley area. I asked for recommendations in the local Facebook group and Jill's was highly recommended. I couldn't be more happy with the flowers and the delivery. I'm so grateful I found them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Jill's Florist Flower Shop. I had an idea of what I was looking for and showed Jill a photo(virtually), she said they could absolutely create something similar. She far exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was perfect, delicate flowers, with just a hint of color to match the very sad occasion they were being sent for. I also loved the fact that the shop was local and a real brick and mortar store. I did my searching on-line but quickly found out that just because a flower shop advertises as local, they are not. Jill's shop had great hours making calling later in the day (5:00 ish) perfect. Thank you to Jill and the staff for making a difficult time a little easier. Nancy

Jill’s went above and beyond to ensure I got the flowers sent to me for my birthday. The order showed up as cancelled after I got the initial text for tracking, and the driver couldn’t be reached. The app had the wrong address and it looked like I just wouldn’t be receiving the arrangement. Around 5 PM I get a knock at the door and Jill’s had gone out of their way to send one of their drivers with a second beautiful bouquet. I will certainly use them for my own flower needs in the future after the incredible act of kindness.

What a wonderful florist. With a death in the family right before Thanksgiving, we thought we would have to use a larger company to get flowers delivered in a timely fashion. Not with Jill’s! Their website was so easy to use, their delivery was free and timely, and most importantly, the arrangement we received was just as pictured, gorgeous, and at a much better price than the larger companies. Don’t hesitate to use Jill’s for all your floral needs!
