Hospice El Paso

Theres a few people here who have shown me their genuineness, empathy, hard work, resilience, and servants heart. I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO: LUZ, CRISSY, MIKALAN, & OLGA. You guys have been a God send for me. You deserve all the acknowledgement and praise.

I would give them a zero starts but unfortunately it doesn’t not allowed me. This hospice are liers they promote they are the ONLY hospice who get unfounded patient, but let me tell you it’s a lie . When one of my family members really needed hospice gip they denied him. Don’t believe when they say they are here for the community . They get a lot of donation but obviously, it’s not being used for the community as they Promote.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my community partners at The Center for Compassionate Care with Hospice El Paso for their exceptional care. My father passed in a comfortable and dignified manner. Hands down to all the Clinical staff at unit for the amazing care you all provided. #HospiceHeart💜

We signed up my mother for hospice expecting to receive what was promised by the representative at the hospital which was a hospital bed like the one . My mother was using at the hospital and a wheel chair and equipment to feed her among other things. The bed and equipment we received was dirty, old and not sanitized. It was a case of switch and bait. The service that we received. was poor to say the least. Staff answers were mostly that it was not their job to take care of theissues we had. My mother is a 93 year lady who has dementia, Alzeimer and couple of strokes. As any patient in her terminal condition, she has bed sores. The mattress that was delivered was hard as a rock and my mom was not able to use because it would make her bed sores worse. To top it all, the representative contacted us ion Monday morning to tell us that my mother was going to be discharged on Tuesday. Little that we know that on Monday afternoon when the hospital called us to let us know that my mother was going to be discharged in half an hour on Monday and basically she was on her way home. We had to inform the hospital to stop delivery of my mother because the El Paso Hospuce did not complete delivery of the promised equipment. Having to deal with El Paso It was a nightmare to say the least. Luckily, We were able to get another company.

Called in today to ask about my Moms, due to Sibs have full control, POA, and I freaked out about hospice so they won't let me see her! And I could not even get an update from the cold receptionist at Hospice El Paso, as to my Mother's well being! I WAS LETTING THIS UNEMPATHETIC BEAST KNOW HOW I need to know, being her oldest child and she cut me off with she did not care to hear my sob story!! I can only image how they are treating my Moms if this is their front person!! She could at least say I'm sorry for what your going thru but no!!
