United Way of El Paso County

Employees feel almighty and are no help in person. We were treated like a nuisance for showing up. Instead of helping us they just wanted us to leave definitely never donate to them.

I remember when I used to work and Every paycheck money would be taken out for contribution andnow that I need assistance with with my rent I was denied and the doors were closed, that is not cool,

I tryed getting help for rent one time.they denied me.😞

Handling of Rental Assistance applications is very poor. Plan on waiting several weeks or months to get help. Applied at the beginning of August....still waiting. Then there are documents requested that were never on the app. The State of Texas and the City should be informed of this inadequate/poorly managed organization.
